1. Introduction

7. Account Suspension and Termination

29bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting 29bit support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to identity verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

29bit, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory of liability.
